On the first floor you'll find an open floor plan including a gourmet kitchen with oversized island, perfect for making homemade pasta, and a dining area with seating for 8. The cozy living room with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, a reading nook and wine bar is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The first floor also boasts a beautiful, full bathroom with custom stone shower, as well as a large multi-purpose room with storage areas, a spot to charge devices, and room to hang your pool towels, jackets, etc.

In addition to views from every window - think olive groves, green valley, Spello - you'll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have rain showers and one bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub. (The third full bathroom is located downstairs and has a gorgeous shower surrounded by local stone.) The upstairs also has a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen features gorgeous porcelain countertops and backsplash, local handmade cabinetry, a full refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, and everything you could possibly need for creating a delicious Italian meal!

The living room is a gathering place for comparing notes on the days‘ adventures and planning for tomorrow, playing games on the large coffee table, or just snuggling up with a good book by the fire.

Awake after a restful sleep, throw open the shutters and take in the beautiful views of Spello, Olive Groves, and the green Umbrian Valley. The front two bedrooms have matrimoniale (queen) beds, the third bedroom can be set-up as a king or two twins, and the fourth currently hosts a set of bunk beds.

The Villa has three beautifully restored bathrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. All have rain showers, and one hosts a soaking tub perfect for a rejuvenating soak after a long day of sightseeing!
